Akrapovic Auspuff Slip-On Titan BMW M 440i (G22) (G23 Why is my ’ i making this driver side exhaust rattle noise upon cold starts? I have a cat-back Valvetronic exhaust kit. When I removed the driver side tip it doesn’t rattle, I also got a new clamp for the tip sent but it doesn’t seem to have fixed it.

BMW Akrapovic Onlineshop - Evolution oder Slip On Titan und BMW looked at the system, they're now replacing the back box. They think it's the valve in the exhaust. I would have agreed it being the heat shield at fault, if it did it all the time.
